JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, to lead and evolve our recruiting function across Corporate, Warehouse, and Field environments. This role will be responsible for building scalable recruiting strategies, developing high-performing teams, and leveraging innovative tools, including AI, to modernize how we attract, assess, and hire top talent.

This leader will operate as both a strategic partner and a hands-on operator, driving end-to-end talent acquisition excellence while continuously improving processes, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership & Innovation

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and workforce planning needs
  • Identify and introduce emerging trends, tools, and technologies (including AI) to enhance sourcing, screening, and hiring processes
  • Evaluate and optimize recruiting workflows to improve speed, quality of hire, and scalability
  • Partner with senior leadership to anticipate hiring needs and proactively build talent pipelines

Team Leadership & Organizational Design

  • Build and evolve the recruiting team structure, ensuring the right roles, capabilities, and coverage across Corporate, Warehouse, and Field hiring
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture
  • Establish clear performance metrics, accountability standards, and development plans for the team
  • Drive consistency in recruiting practices, tools, and standards across all hiring teams

Recruiting Operations & Process Excellence

  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting operations across Corporate, Warehouse, and Field roles
  • Implement scalable processes that enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and improve candidate experience
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Compensation, and business leaders to ensure aligned and compliant hiring practices
  • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, track performance, and continuously improve outcomes

AI & Technology Enablement

  • Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to improve sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate engagement
  • Partner with HRIS/TA systems teams to optimize ATS functionality and integrate new technologies
  • Lead experimentation with new tools (e.g., automation, predictive analytics, talent intelligence platforms) to modernize recruiting
  • Ensure ethical, compliant, and effective use of AI across the recruiting lifecycle

Corporate, Warehouse & Field Recruiting Oversight

  • Provide leadership and oversight for Corporate, Warehouse, and Field recruiting teams, ensuring alignment in strategy and execution
  • Tailor recruiting approaches to meet the unique needs of high-volume Field and Warehouse hiring and specialized Corporate roles
  • Partner with Field and Warehouse leadership to support workforce planning, hiring events, and localized recruiting strategies

Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

  • Lead and support job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives to build strong talent pipelines
  • Enhance employer brand presence across channels, including social media, campus recruiting, and industry partnerships
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from initial engagement through offer

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience managing both Corporate and high-volume/Field recruiting teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale recruiting functions and team structures
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging recruiting technologies
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to influence strategy and outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
  • Experience managing hiring events, job fairs, and large-scale recruiting initiatives
