DEPARTMENT:

JOB SUMMARY:

This role will act as a liaison between our valued customers and the company.  This role will provide real-time support during online sales as well as post-sales support for our online clientele.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries with accurate, friendly, and timely support

  • Resolve issues related to orders, returns, and payments

  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism

  • Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback into our customer database system

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer and internal department interactions

  • Escalate to appropriate department when necessary

  • Support eCommerce operations by troubleshooting orders and platform-related issues

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years customer service or administrative experience 

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and online ordering systems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication including strong phone, and active listening skills

  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of discretion and professionalism

  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and time management

  • Ability to adapt to diverse customer personalities and resolve issues efficiently
